The best Seiko ever.
My favorite Seiko. SKX is based on this case. Superb quartz movement. Perfect size. This one is from 1980. I had mine serviced, relumed and added a sapphire crystal. As for bracelets/straps, Unclestraps is 100% where it’s at. I currently prefer the Super engineer bracelet, but Z199 or GL831 are both awesome fit. I wish it was my first watch - I probably would have just a one watch collection then. Get it if you are stuck chasing “accurate” mechanical watches. It really helps.

Seiko really needs to start to reissue some of its classic #quartz pieces from the 80s and 90s. And I'm not looking for a $2000 Tuna!! The 7C43-6010 is amazing. Love the 7N85 Scuba models:

Yeah these old school quartz divers are better than whatever they make today.
