Got my first mechanical watch at 15 (found a Seiko diver), liked that it was not a digital Casio like all my friends had…about 10 years later I found an old watch maker who showed me the virtues of vintage mechanical watches, I loved it. I like that fact they are not just throw away items. Family does not understand it, but they leave me alone about it… past 5 years I have found “micros”….love the story behind these companies.
