What am I missing?
One more slot. Aside from the obvious answer (whatever I want), what mechanical piece would round out the collection? Prefer watches 37-39mm, no thicker than 12mm, under $5k. Not a fan of chronos or dress watches. I have an f91w and dw5600. Also willing to replace the Seamaster due to size. Please make suggestions in the comments!

I'm curious, why do feel you have to buy another watch; even though you have no idea what that watch should be?
It just feels like you're more interested in spending the money than the resultant watch.
Why not just enjoy what you've got, until the perfect watch presents itself?

I’d go for a chronograph I really like these two.
And a splash of colour might be nice. But you seem to be doing well without input.

Excellent question! I have definitely been more thoughtful in my purchases over the last six months and I don’t want to rush into my next one.

Speedmasters are more comfortable on the wrist than you think.
IWC Spitfire just over budget but it looks great.
Definitely a chrono; maybe a Monaco?

Get rid of the serica (or whatever microbrand ) & get a Tudor Ranger or Vertex M100A, & then a Speedy if you feel it'll complete your collection.
Id eliminate the weak point first.

Yeah…I sold my Seamasters twice for financing diffrent watches i wanted to try. But i end up buying another Seamaster again later. 🤪
