I have the swordfish 40mm titanium and have yet to find a screwdriver that can help me adjust the bracelet as your right the screws have been inserted by a semi god!
I knew the dial was horrible but thought the rest appeared to be of the right vintage. I received this one along with the moody Tudor. The final one I got in this deal is this and I am fully aware it’s had the same horrible repaint. I was going to try and source an original face for this one but if it’s as dubious as the other 2 I won’t bother. Thanks for your advice, I think I’ll be sticking with all the ones I can verify regardless if they are gifted to me
I’ve been wearing her all day today and she hasn’t missed a beat. So she’s a keeper and will join my eclectic assortment but this means something has to go. I might put it to public opinion to what’s for the cull.
It was easy live and the auction house was Alnwick who I’ve bought off in the past and they are really good and happy to post
This one was gifted to me but was an auction fund last week at the amazing cost of £145 all in. It was detached from its front casing and needed the main spring released but is keeping incredible time
