Definitely! They would be in many of the surf shops, sporting goods and souvenir stores here in Southern California. Bright colors were the norm and could be found on everything from clothing to accessories like leashes for sunglasses and pop culture artwork. Thanks for thr nostalgic reminder!

Looks like my wife swapped places with you. She was living in Casa Grande when we met. Not sure I could ever leave California with its great weather and all the fun stuff to do but I also know I'm lucky to have found a safe quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Also lucky that there are a lot of watch enthusiasts and monthly watch meet ups in my area.
