Help with authenticity

Could someone here help me authenticate this watch? I know someone who is flexing this AP RO. But something seems off, it is my first time seeing a no date no seconds RO with the modern font and in that size. Could this be a fake? Help a brother out watchfam!

If you are able to hold it and the edges feel sharp it is a good way to tell a fake

I would just leave it alone. Most people that flex are attention needy so you are playing into their game. If he's selling you the watch take it to an AD.

Not really playing into his game. He is an old work mate, we weren't that close. Then all of a sudden I saw him post the watch saying that he had achieved his dream. Then when i saw the photo, it is my first time to see a two hander royal oak without a date. So either that is a fake, or there is a model I am not aware of. I was just really curious
