Any plans for a sales/swaps section?

Hi, only joined yesterday and loving the forum! Really sorry if this has already been asked but does anyone know if there’s any plans for a sales section? I go on watchuseek quite often to look for sales but it’s predominantly US members so hard to find any watches being sold in the UK. Thanks

I've asked the same question too and have yet to get any answers ... my guess is they "frown" on it but I don't see any written rules against it either so maybe ... Maybe we just try advertising a watch or two and see what happens? Cheers, welcome.

Thanks! I hope it isn’t frowned upon as it would be nice to have a safe place to trade amongst genuine watch enthusiasts instead of eBay, facebook etc 🙏👍

No doubt, yes. I'm just a couple years into the hobby and hope to flip several but after looking at ebay and realizing their fees it's not as favorable as it was in years past I've learned. They charge more now for watches in particular.

Same here mate. I do put them on eBay when they have the 80% off fees offer on though. That’s always worth looking for. It’s difficult to trade/swap on there though as you’re not supposed to do that 👍

Good to hear, I wasn't aware of the 80% off deal. Will look for that. Thanks!

I think it would be fantastic to see a sale/swap section to the forum. Lets be honest we're all looking for that next great watch, why not from another collector. Maybe @Max has some input?

Worth looking out for. I sold a piece recently and if memory serves me right I paid £67 in fees instead of just short on £300.
