Could someone compare these two for me? They are both divers sub $1000-ish. Pros & cons? I'm considering picking one up.
UPDATE: my CW is on the way :->

For me, I'd go with the Christopher Ward, mostly on the WR, the lug width, the microadjust clasp, the ceramic bezel and the fact that Doxa seems to be omitting the springbar & weight info.
Although with similar dimensions and what appears to be the same movement, I'd imagine the weight is similar.

Thanks for the input. Looks like the CW has a lot going for it. I'd go with the 38mm because I have skinny wrist. But the 46mm L2L on the Doxa is also very respectable.
Do you know if either one is better made than the other? I've seen reviews praise both of them but they never appear in the same review so it's hard to compare.
On Rubber the CW ($865-125= $740) is less money than the Doxa ($950).
I haven't handled a Doxa, but I can attest tot he build quality of CW, I have four currently. The attention to detail ont he CW will be impressive for a watch costing sub $1K.
Also, the 38mm CW C60 300 has a lug to lug of 45mm.
As is the case for others here, I know only one of the two brands. And for me as well, it's the Christopher Ward. I bought my first CW about 10 years ago and it continues to keep accurate time (+/1 2 seconds per day). Since then I've purchased 4 other CW timepieces including a Trident Pro 600 and a couple of weeks ago a Sealander. Every CW I own performs extremely well and looks brand new for years.
The Doxa may be an excellent watch but I KNOW Christopher Ward quality and trust it.
I haaven’t gotten the chanc to handle both pieces in the metal built I would suggest going with the CW
