Unexpected snow

We decided to have a small hike a couple of weeks ago. It was cold but that's all. It had rained the days before but we didn't expect to have any snow.

But soon we saw some snow in some mountains around. I was with the trusted Summiter of my wife that, actually, now is all mine.

But yes, there was snow almost all the way. And a lot of light too.

As I said, my wife now is only using a new Swill Army white diver watch of 34mm and is now os used to that size, and fits her so right, that she has given me her black dialed Summiteer. A fantastic watch for a short hike through the unexpected snow. The NATO fits this watch perfectly.

I didn't do it, but I could have worn it over the sleeve if i need to keep myself warmer.

Although snow, it wasn't a really hard hike, but the colors and light were beautiful.

The 2023 version of the Summiteer is what I wished the Summiteer would be when I first got the early 38mm v1 watch that I sold when trying to convince Jon to make a 36mm version. And he did it.

Take my word, here's the Summiteer at the summit of the mountain. A Summiteer truly doing what's intended to do. Great little GADA watch that can withstand anything and still be at a forma party afterwards.

Beautiful photos Mario. Seems to have been a great day for you. However, as a Swede, I’m not so impressed by the snow depth😎
