MÖELS 369 FINAL LAUNCH UPDATE

With pre-orders opening tomorrow, I'd like to share the latest update regarding the 369 launch.

LAUNCH DATE

March 18th, at 12:00 pm CET directly from our website. There are no quantity restrictions, so feel free to purchase as many Möels 369 as you wish.

PRICING

Note: Prices listed in Euros and US dollars are approximate and for reference only. Please note that actual prices may vary slightly due to daily fluctuations in the exchange rate and differences between payment providers.

VAT / GST

Note: Prices include international shipping but not taxes and duties. Möels 369 will be shipped from Switzerland, a non-EU country, so European customers must pay VAT additionally, ranging from 20% to 25%. Taxes and duties will be handled by DHL before delivery.

INTEGRATED STEEL BRACELET

Möels 369 LE (Launch Edition) will be delivered with an integrated stainless steel bracelet featuring micro-adjustment on the clasp. The bracelet will include a half link for finer adjustments, and two spare links will be provided for larger wrist sizes. We will receive the steel bracelet samples in April. Once they arrive, we'll photograph them and share the images with you all.

STRAP ADAPTER

Each package will include a custom-designed strap adapter, enabling our customers to use 20mm off-the-shelf straps of their choice from the wide array available on the market.

CUSTOM MADE LEATHER STRAPS

Customers will have the opportunity to purchase high-quality custom-made leather straps for £120 each at launch and £160 at retail, with international shipping included. The leather straps are handmade by Udol Leather in South Korea, and they can supply only 8-10 straps per month. Each leather strap can be slightly customised to meet individual preferences. On the underside, "Udol for Möels" will be printed, but steel buckles will not be signed.

FKM RUBBER BANDS

In November, we will unveil premium FKM rubber bands made by Delugs known for their superior quality, these bands are "cut-to-size" and easily adjustable to fit any wrist size. Each FKM rubber band will feature "Delugs for Möels" on the underside, and the buckle will be signed with our logo.

DIAL VARIANT EXCHANGE

We want to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their chosen dial variant. Should you wish to exchange your dial colourway, We are pleased to offer exchanges within a 30-day period after the pre-order is placed. If you wish to exchange your dial colourway, simply reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist you with the dial variant exchange process.

CASEBACK

During the assembly of the prototypes, we encountered a technical issue regarding the alignment of the screw-in caseback. We noticed that the engravings and the '369' printed on the inner side of the crystal were slightly off compared to the 3D renders. To address this, our case manufacturer has proposed the use of four small screws to ensure the correct alignment. While we may find a solution and preserve the original design, we want our customers to be informed in advance of any potential changes. We will personally keep everyone informed about the progress regarding the caseback.

SERIAL NUMBER

We are exploring the possibility of numbering each Möels 369, although we cannot guarantee it at this stage as we are still considering the options of laser engraving on the side of the case or between the lugs. While we prefer the latter option for aesthetic reasons, this still involves custom-made buck to hold the watch in an upright position and higher costs per unit due to the additional time required. We'll keep everyone informed about our decision regarding numbering each piece throughout the production process.

3-YEAR WARRANTY

Möels 369 will be backed by a 3-year international limited warranty, providing our customers with peace of mind and confidence in their investment.

DELIVERY

Pre-orders are expected to be delivered in end-July, early August. Sellita, our movement manufacturer, faces high demand and production constraints, thus unable to expedite faster deliveries. However, if Sellita manages to fulfil our order ahead of schedule, we'll deliver accordingly. We will keep everyone informed about any updates or changes to the delivery timeline. We’ll be serving each customer on a “first come, first served” basis.

PACKAGING

Your Möels 528 will be delivered in a premium German-made Ostrich-embossed leather pouch from Heisse & Söhne. We are in discussions with Heisse & Söhne about laser engraving our logo on the travel pouch, although we can't confirm this yet. We'll keep you informed as we proceed.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

For pre-orders, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted. These orders are considered final sale due to the special discounted price offered. Customers will only be eligible for cancellations and refunds when purchasing at the full retail price.
