Vintage Hamilton

So i found this watch very cheap at an antique thrift store in a pile of watches for cheap at the bottom, obviosuly its a steal, being a Hamilton. However, ive searched online and can't find one like it anywhere, its a vintage manuel wind from the 70s and a safe drive special addition. Does anyone have this watch or seen it and know anything about it. And also im trying to sell it but not sure how much i should ask, would appreciate honest answers about what you think its worth. also watch fully works

Looks to be an "award watch" for safe driving. (25 years?)

Many companies in that era contracted with Hamilton to produce such watches.

Probably the cost of restoring that one will exceed it's value given it's condition.

Here's an interesting post from another forum.

Check to see if any others are for sale and use that as a guide.
