Watch modders, question for you
Greetings people of good will,
What do you think or know about modding Seiko Alpinists with 6R35 movements? I was wandering can you put a dial from compass Alpinist into no compass Alpinist since the movement is the same. Also does anyone have a good EU watch modder?

I have @Fiatjeepdriver modding my baby alpinist with an Uncle Seiko salmon dial. I’ll let you know how it goes. I see what you want tot do. I think it would look great!
Unfortunately the dials are different sizes. 29.5mm and 30.5mm iirc

I know this isn't your specific dial but it's the same size. You can see the diameter in the specifications. I know some people have sanded down dials to fit but oem dials are pricey if you goof up.

All that said there's similar fake seiko dials on ali that are similar. That might fit.
