Got a bracelet for my Seiko SNK805 recently and it has these types of links. Man are they a pain. Whoever thought these were a good idea needs to take a hard long look at themselves.
I did find out that using a spring bar tool to push them out works surprisingly well!
Pin and collar systems are an abomination. Anyone know of cheap replacements? Seiko charges $8.95 per collar. That’s not my usual typo ridden statement. $8.95!!!!!💸
The worst with these is when you get a pre owned one that is full of dead skin cells and dirt. You have to give it a proper clean or the pins just aren't coming out.
Spring bar tool and a hammer usually works, then tweezers to remove the pin.

Yah 🏁. Perfectly.
Marc at Long Island Watch has a short video on the 3 types of bracelets and resizing.
I hate these more than pin and collar.
These are just plain awful!
