Casio Royale Love

Friends, I just love this little watch. After 10-12 hours of lugging around 16 ounces of stainless steel on my wrist and suffering from eye fatigue, it’s a joy to strap on the Casio. It’s light as a feather, and easy to read all of the functions.

Mostly, I like looking down and knowing that what has quickly become one of my favorite watches cost me a worn out $20 bill!

Many of you know all of this already, but hey, thought I’d share!

What’s your favorite “after work” watch?

I’ve got the silver version with the steel band. I have tried to love it, but no go. I did get my son a resin one with the bronze-colored bezel and he really enjoys it.

I was going to get the metal bracelet version and stumbled across the resin. Snapped it up and I’m glad I did. No jangly bracelet, super light and looks good. Glad your son enjoys his!

Can't agree more. The World Time is way better than an F91w, though that may be a sin to say for many. The backlight is so much better, it's legible, stylish, and no more heavy. It's my favorite Casio.

You nailed it. I like the F91W but it’s a tad too small and lacks the style and “panache” of the World Time. For $20 the “Royale” is an unbeatable value!

Love that watch in my collection as well. Although it seems to lose wrist time to my GWM-5610U.
