Working in the international development industry I know who Borlaug is and was quite giddy when I saw him here. But, no, I don't know what watch he's wearing.
He won the 1970 Nobel Peace Prize for developing new strains of wheat and leading programs of agronomy that increased food production in many regions around the world, sometimes called "the Green Revolution".

Oh, fantastic, thank you so much! 🙂
Who?
In a world without dwarf wheat, none of us would even have been able to see his watch. For that alone, nice job Dr. Borlaug!
