Super excited about this piece - was surprised to see this dial variation in the boutique as I couldn't find it online. Although the "purist" in me wa...
My wife and I have Reversos, and the boxes they gave us are clearly the lowest tier (I think they’re even labeled as such lol). So that was disappointing… they weigh nothing and feel cheap.
On the other hand, I feel like Omega tends to put some insane boxes together for their special models, or Speedys. They’re pretty over the top!
But most recently, I enjoyed my IWC box, it’s like a travel case, and makes storing it far easier :)
So cool! It definitely reminds me of the Yellow OP, which was so sadly discontinued - the bracelet and case are interesting! It looks pretty well made but man that crown does look tiny huh?

If I had to pick one for myself, I'd probably get some type of Patek or Journe, as austere and simple as possible visually - on a very plain or casual calfskin strap.
The case metal has to be white gold or platinum for sure :)
Edit: A more grounded choice might be a very plain Grand Seiko - particularly the models that didn't feature the word "Grand" on their dials

That's such a unique piece, I was offered this exact configuration when this released, but at the time I had been asking to see the variant with the smooth bezel on oyster - needless to say I have not had the opportunity to buy any of these palm dials since 😢
