That's a beast of a watch. I have the previous generation with the 5 inside the shield (forgive I'm forgetting the reference), and it's been through everything. Short of hammering it, that watch has seen water, camping, rapids, sand, snow/ice... and still keeping great time. Feel like its a hidden gem compared to Hamiltons. Enjoy it!

Thank you! Yeah the older generation is nice too and Iโm glad to hear that it holds up well. Iโm sure this will too. Have a sneaky feeling this will become my daily wear ๐
It is! I love it. Canโt wait to wear it in different situations :)
Changing the bracelet will give you so many different options. I haven't had them on rubber yet. But there's one I swap between bracelet and Nato and it's two different watches depending on whichever it's on.

Thatโs true, Iโm not sure if Iโd get a bracelet for mine but Iโm definitely considering getting a leather strap (more my style) I just gotta find the right one

I have a bracelet for one of them because it came with it. I would not buy one. Leather is a great option. Light brown with stitches would look really nice.
This is my daily. I have a whole bunch of colored NATO straps (leather, nylon, and cotton) and swap them to match (or at least not clash with) my colors for the day. That black dial with the texture is really something and works with anything. Love it!

It is such a versatile watch. I have two with this case shape. I love them both equally!

Great choice. Canโt go wrong with a seiko field watch ๐๐ป๐ป
