Your wrist is 7.25? My wrist is 6.9 and yet yours looks quite bigger than my Santos Large does on my wrist. I guess it goes to show that there is some truth to the belief that it is not just about circumference, but also how flat the top of ones wrist is.
The Explorer is a nice watch too, but not as distinct and its own as the Santos. To think that the Santos is the first known pilots watch is quite remarkable, considering back then most watches were basically just pocket watches that you put on a strap, which I believe the Santos orignally also was and yet the Santos design has since been and stayed iconic.
