Tudor Black Bay 41mm Snowflake Review

The Tudor Black Bay. I'd honestly say this is my go-to daily watch. I have the original Black Bay in black with the classic red triangle and the rose gold hands. I love it and it's my Tudor-Tastic. When our AD offered this to us, I told my twin we have to take it. It's such a great design, fits well and the reference to the original Snowflake is iconic. When I first saw reviews on this watch, I knew at some point I'd love to have it. No one expects it to be that fast. Truth be told, the AD told us it was reserved and booked by someone else. They called them and they released it to us. What a story, we knew we had to walk out with this masterpiece.

Pros: It wears well, for those taller and want something to stand out it fits me better than the BB58. I love the snowflake feels. The blue bezel and perfect dial for this watch makes it stand out. Finally, the fact is has no date makes it a classic tool watch for me.

Things to work on: I already have the black, "Why do you need another?" Maybe its more of a self-reflection than something wrong with the watch. If it's one thing to work on it's their bracelet. If they had the updated bracelet on this it would be perfect.

Simply put, I love this brand, its watches and what they stand for. "Born to dare". Truly, this is my 5.0. I know we are spoilt for choices. Tudor have done an excellent job with the BB revival. For those considering a Tudor, if you do get your chance with this masterpiece please go for it. Even the Harrods limited edition. I simply love this model. A watch that can simply be used for going to the outdoors, rushing back to get the kids and taking the wife out for a date. The true tool watch. With the "Snowflake", it makes it the icing on the cake.

MOAR pics! 👍

thanks for the review - I’m always torn with Tudor, so far they haven’t given me any sparks enough to buy ⚡️ …but I do give them long looks when I see them.

BTW - tool watches need a date!! Not sure who suggested they don’t go together. But Knowing the date without a phone is a massive help. Going off grid hiking, boating and kayaking my watch makes sure I get back to civilization when I said I’d be back. It bugs me that some of my fave Tudors have no date (that ceramic one)
