Laco - excellent customer service!

I had my Laco Himalaya serviced. The bezel had lost most of the paint. Two weeks and I have it on my wrist again with a new bezel.

The warranty has expired but Laco decided not to charge anything! As they put it, ”as a gesture of goodwill for customer satisfaction”.

Well done Laco!

Just out of curiosity, did they ask before replacing the bezel? Because there are obviously some people who love their beaten up and faded bezels, and I've known people handing in Seamasters for a service, for example, to beg Omega NOT to replace the bezel.

I contacted them and asked for the bezel to be re-painted or replaced. I had been thinking of that some time. To keep the old or get a new? It was not a light decision 🤔
