Is there a Seiko that looks exactly like this Tudor Black Bay 79470 39mm?
Or does someone know if I can mod it by myself with a Seiko movement.

maybe have a look at this: EXPEDITION 40 (cswatches.com)
There are lots of homages of this watch with Seiko NH movements. Just look at the usual, San Martin, Pagani, Seestern, etc.
Probably the closest it comes to the Tudor:
