I wish I could precisely explain the idea of capsule Wardrobes to the uninitiated. In short, it's a minimalist wardrobe where all the pieces can be mixed and matched to create a bunch of different outfits. Ok, that wasn't that difficult.
I set out to create a Fall/Winter capsule wardrobe and thought pairing down the watches for the season might be a fun experience too.
Here was the hardest part, choosing 4 watches from my small budget collection.
Dive : Duxot Chrono Diver
Field: Serica Tuxedo Field
Dress: Rotary Cambridge Tank style
+ Beater: Sinobi Santo (on leather)
A) Could you do a capsule wardrobe?
B) Could you limit yourself to 4 watches, even just for a season?

A) Yes, if anything, have started moving this way more recently.
B) Yes, big believer in matching watches to outfits. Strap changes are my way of extending a limited number of watches across my wardrobe.
I’ve got the Serica 4512 California, that Tuxedo is 🔥
I’ve been doing a capsule wardrobe since 2019. Makes life so much easier! Watches are much harder for me to curate. Cheers to your 4 watch fall collection!
I am interested in your 4512 California Tuxedo, is it on sale ?
