Help Wanted Designing a Watch
I have been thinking about doing a Seiko Mod of some kind and I like the '95 Seiko Alpinist. Before dropping a load of cash on a mod, I thought I'd like to see what my creation would look like first.
I'm not a digital artist and I've never used Photoshop either. So I'm hoping someone can help me create a SubUrbanist Mod. YES...I already named it.
Seiko 6105-8000 case, maybe 2-tone
Bezel that mimics the compass bezel on the Alpinist (green or cream)
Alpinist Mod dial (green or cream)
Cathedral Hands (gold)

I've built four Captain Willard mods, which are based on the 6105-8110, but finding a case featuring an internal compass might not be possible. I mean, I've never seen one. You may have better luck finding an Alpinist if you really want that feature.

Probably, but I'm wanting a 6105-8000 the predecessor to the Willard and move the compass to the outside bezel.
Also, internal bezel watches aren't hard to find, even on Aliexpress and Namoki Mads makes a pretty nice one too, but the Alpinist I want I'd have to buy from Japan and I feel less confident doing that.
I second what others have said, the internal compass maybe be near impossible to find, might as well get yourself an alpinist for that.
