I just got a vintage 1960s Zenith Stellina from Catawiki. My first purchase from Catawiki, and I'm not sure if I want to do it again, but I got the product.
I have precious little information about the watch, however. The movement looks like it's caliber 40T, but I also found that it might be 2511? I am not an expert on the Zenith calibers at all.
The watch seems to be running well: it only loses 6 seconds a day, which is fantastic for a 60 year old vintage watch. Having said that, winding with the tiny little crown is a bit of a challenge.
If anyone knows how I can find the reference number and/or the caliber, I'd appreciate it. I have what seems like a serial number on the back of the case, but I couldn't match it to anything online.

Congrats m8! Great looking piece.
Re the calibre: my own Catawiki-bought 60s Zenith watch has the calibre 2542 inside, as seen here:
But i don't see a similar marking on yours - but I'd guess it is the 2511 like you said. But very new to this myself - so don't trust anything I say :-)
Beautiful vintage gold watch!
Thought I’d add another piece of information - I’m fairly sure the case was made by (Pierre-Antoine) Nardin et Cie if it is from the 1960s.
I’m a big fan of leaning about the case makers from the pre-quartz era as well as the watch brands themselves.

Thank you. Any info is appreciated. I guess this is one of the perils / joys of owning a vintage - the detective work to figure out what the heck I actually own. 😀
