Starting out......2 hobbies in one

So after years of looking at watches and not doing a lot about it.....im finally going to start 2 hobbies all at once.....watch collecting and watch modding!

Now obviously I'm no expert here so I'm thinking a Casio MDV106 would be the perfect watch to start both hobbies.....a good one to collect and a good one to mod (given that if it goes wrong it isn't too expensive!) But I'd be very happy to hear if anyone can come up with a better starter watch for both hobbies!

#welcome! For the price you’re paying, the Casio MDV106 is a lot of watch! And from what I understand there is a big mod community for it!
