I wish, but no. No watch brand warranties against water damage for one thing. Barring a few watch brands (I can only think of Sinn) where their water resistance rating actually matches the depth they have on the watch, 30m means you can wash your hands with it and maybe stand under a light drizzle for a bit, unfortunately.
I've taken Omega, Rolex, Grand Seiko, Seiko, Panerai, Tutima, of course Seiko & Citizen watches, GShock, Victornox, and a few others I can't remember, into the ocean, lakes, rivers, and pools with no worries. I don't get that vibe with Cartier. Their watches just seems all dress to me & not very durable.

I'm no expert, but after a quick Google search I believe that Santos de Cartier made after 2017 are water resistant to 100m.
