I have a Yes V7 Worldwatch, that I wear frequently and enjoy. It is however quite thick at 16mm and weighs 139 grams.
As a contrast, I'd like recommendations for a thin, lightweight watch in the affordable range. (for me that would be, right now, $1500 or less. No complications necessary. Legibility a must.
Recommendations please? Prefer automatic, but would consider a manual or quartz.

If you want light I would say go quartz or vintage.

I don’t have a lot of thin watches but my Tusenö Windseeker is 10.5mm and is under your budget.
They also do a blue and black dialed variant. I really like mine and it is about half your budget. They are a microbrand based in Sweden so there may be import costs to consider, depending on where you are.
