Full gold watches are a bit over the top and not usually my taste, but if money was no object, I would happily wear this under a sleeve or at home and just enjoy the opulence and 70's kitsch ๐ The VC 222 on the other wrist of course ๐

A super popular baller watch back in the day that spawned a ton of knock offs and Robert DeNiro wears one in Casino.
I love this watch
Used to ignore the ads for this watch back in the day, mostly in monthly copies of GQ, still do not find it appealing. I guess my preferences have not moved since the 70s, 80s.
Piaget doesnโt get enough cred in general. I think most people would go with the VC 222 over this, but this one is cool in its own right. Really leans into the late 70s early 80s excess
Just saw today...definitely smitten.
There are only two reasons I don't own the vintage version of this: 1) 34mm and 2) Quartz...
This reissue is 38mm and superthin mechanical.
Since I just put a deposit in on a 222...I will have to see if I can find the budget for this one...
Definitely like the idea of one on each wrist ๐
