What do you wear on the construction site ?

Hi I see your new and this is your first post, welcome to the crunch.

I was in the gas industry and I always wore a seiko quartz chrono on a bracelet good for dust dirt and water etc it never let me down.

I have had Casio’s as well but I found the plastic suffered from chemical splashes etc.

I’m currently doing a WatchCrunch challenge called #1wc it’s where you have to wear the same watch and strap continuously for as many days as possible, it also means complying with occasional rules or tasks within WatchCrunch whilst competing against other crunchers, I’m having great fun!

Unfortunately you can’t enter this year as the competition has already started but

You should do #1wc next year you’ll have a great time 😀

Here’s my watch that I’m wearing 24/7 in the competition

I never found a watch that could take the work I did. Analog or digital they all quit.

You work too hard 😉

I used to wear a Timex Expedition, it took everything that was thrown at it. I stopped working in construction and the watch stopped working. Go figure. 🤔

Not in construction, but as a farmer, when I need to do something when I absolutely know that the watch is going to take damage, I'll wear the 5600E

but not lately as I have been doing the #1wc... so maybe soon again.
