How much backlight ?
With my dw 290 ... More than i deserve! The illuminator on this watch is incredible. How much luminosity do you get from your watch ?

Indeed, casio have a lot of inexpensive pieces with great luminosity. The g shock square is also great.
Jip, but i ve seen dying the electro luminescence 2 times; my very first dw 6900 and my dw003. Sad. But what will one do 'bout it ?! Both purchased when they freshly came out back in the 90s
I have a few really bright EL watches, but the white dial Timex MK1 has by far the brightest in my collection. The G-Shocks are all about the same, except a few that have the LED bulbs at the top and bottom of the dial. They are also super bright.
I usually drool at lume shots but this is next level!

Yes ! The Timex Watches with indiglow are quite bright 🌞
