Good point. I get the feeling based on the watches he was given, decided to run with what he had.

$1,200, or the cost of another nice watch.

Watches are the sum of their parts so what you see is not what you get until you factor in the inputs.

So the only difference in that Squale collaboration are the spring bars, strap and buckle? Heck, even I could have done that! 😁

I will give him credit. Without even hitting play on the video, I almost immediately closed it when he shared his Spinnaker affiliate link. Huge conflict. However, he does a fair job of explaining why the Squale is a significantly better watch, and yes, worth the price difference. Especially since no one is paying full price for that Squale.
