I was at a watch meetup earlier today and was introduced to Greg Stevens Design https://www.gregstevensdesign.com/, a Utah based company who crafts bespoke straps for the discerning 'horopath'. Watches are also sold https://www.gregstevensdesign.com/gsd-watches.html and apparently the same tender loving care is taken in their production.
