Old Piaget quartz

My unlcle has this old watch.  It has no crown just this button on the back.  He's a not all there so I'd like to set it. Do you guys know?

Looks like the crown snapped off the back.

Thanks a bunch guys... it looked like something should have been rotating on the back.  Will take to a dealer tomorrow
