Dad's old watch
Visiting a old family home I have not been to in some time and come across this. Well my mom did.
It was my father's. He passed in 99 so it is 25 years old at a minimum. It tries to run after a wind and some movement but only for a few seconds. So it'll be getting a service when I get home.
Not the seamster i would go for strictly due to legibility. At the cost of a service though who would say no? Also the bezel on this thing has so little grip!
Perhaps by Christmas it'll be on my wrist

Also came across this...I remember wearing it in the 80s. My dad was a watch guy and let me wear it.
It's small. Perhaps 34mm. IWC Porsche design quartz. I'll see if a battery change we get it going. Hopefully the battery in there has not broken down and ruined the module.
