Whatever style speaks to you, you can't go wrong with any of the three and they all have a lot to offer individuall. Personally I would lean more towards Casio and Citizen if you're looking for quartz, but if you want mechanical Seiko
This is a tough question, but I’d say that Casio and Citizen’s wide-ranging quartz options make them much more approachable and easier for the vast majority of wristwatch consumers. And, as one particularly goes up Casio, they have a lot to offer in blend of tech and style that they execel at much better than citizen imo.

I'd say the one you feel comfortable spending your money on. There is no right or wrong answer. Maybe someone's starter watch is a Rolex. 🤷
Rolex.
Tissot 😁, but actually I will second what @Paragonmsp said; it varies on your style, preferences, and entry $ level/tolerance.

Tough poll choices.
They are all good and would depend upon budget and intended use.

Yes
I would suggest Orient.
Cheap, robust, beautiful and good to learn of you like automatic watches.
I started with Orient as my first automatic and it had been my only for 13 years. It has never failed.
