Do we do these here? Since Reddit is down, and it’s the 3rd of the month (and I prefer a watch with a date), I figure I’d post it here:

Info about me: mid-30s, 7” wrist with small-ish hands, so I typically prefer smaller watches.

Pretty new to the watch game. It started when I wanted a watch that I’d feel more comfortable wearing out and about than the datejust my dad gave me when I turned 21 and 1 year sober. I bout the Vaer A3 tradition with both rubber and leather strap; I thought I’d use it as my beater and dress watch, but the design stopped speaking to me pretty quickly. I saw an ad for the PRX about a year ago and was drawn to the integrated bracelet design, which led me watch pootube and to learning about the Nivada Grenchen F77. From there: needed a dress watch, so I ordered the Orient Bambino 38mm with the black strap off Amazon. This got stuck in customs, so I ordered the brown one and meant to cancel my original order but forgot and the black one showed up 2 months later. Fell in love with the Brew Metric Retro and Junghans Max Bill Quartz from pootube. Bought a g-shock bc of r/watches. Out of this collection, I typically wear the F77, Max Bill, and Brew Metric on rotation. I will be trying to sell the bambinos, F77, Vaer, and my kidney to get a Junghans Max Bill Chrono on a Milanese, and then I think I’ll be happy.

Bought and returned two Seiko dive watches, a Hamilton Khaki Field watch and Navy dive watch.

Let me have it.

Very nice assortment, there. I’m a Vaer and Brew fan, too. 👍🏻

I’m pretty much 30% Junghans, 30% Brew, 30% Nivada Grenchen, 7% Rolex, 3% G-schock

I’ve only worn 3 divers; 2 Seiko (King Turtle and King Samurai), and a Hamilton Khaki Navy. I don’t think I’m the biggest fan! I hope to have a Tudor BB58 GMT one day, but for right now, I’m really OK with no diver. M

Congrats on the sobriety.

Second, the Brew, DJ, & Max Bill seem like a winning combo.

Will the Milanese fit your current MB too?

F77 is fire! 🔥🍻🤙

Thank you! 15 years now and counting!

I actually don’t know if the Junghans Milanese will fit; I don’t think they ever sold the Quartz with it, and the Chronoscope is larger than the Quartz (40mm vs 38mm if I’m not mistaken). I just love the look of the Chronoscope and expect I’d want to wear it everyday.
