Looks better, but non tapering provides more stability
Agree with @Unload a straight bracelet balanced the head of the watch better, tho a taper looks more elegant. Swings and roundabouts.
I am not fan of bracelet taper, less taper the better for my tastes.
I much prefer a taper for wearability. Can’t get a comfortable fit on my 20mm Seamaster bracelet.
Taper looks better, lightens the weight and is more comfortable.
