I have many watches with dates. I never set the date, although I am meticulous about setting the time. I almost always have a phone, tablet and , laptop within meters,so.......
I agree on the untucked shirt thing. It doesn't bother me though since it is them that looks silly.
Taking another view, with your very "strict" fashion beliefs, wearing a titanium seamaster with a tie? That would also irk some as much as the shirt thing. You are not James bond or Daniel Craig. And if you are, please disregard
