What are your experiences with Nomos like?

I have a Nomos Club Campus that I love, so I bought a Tetra. The Tetra stopped working the second time I wore it. I bought it over the internet and it was shipped from Germany. I sent a message to the vendor and I am waiting to hear back. Should I be trying to work with the vendor, or should I contact Nomos directly to have the watch serviced? There are no authorized dealers in my city and the nearest are 10-12 hours drives away in different states. Any suggestions would be welcome since.

I would work with Nomos via email. If it was not an AD, they are pretty much useless in the process. I have not had to send mine in for service, but many here have had good experiences.

Thanks! I think the dealer is supposed to be authorized, but if I don't hear back within the week I will contact Nomos. It is good to hear that Nomos is responsive. Thanks again.

Personally, I would skip the vendor and contact Nomos directly. I don't think it's worth waiting a week to hear back

Agree with the comments above.  The supplier you bought the watch from would probably work with the manufacturer anyway.  Go direct and cut out the middle man.  This should be less frustrating.

Direct with Nomos—you send it to NY and they take care of getting it to Germany (and back) for service. I’ve done it twice and their service was the best I’ve experienced, by a long shot.
