Rolex Celebration (OP 124300)

This is a rare bird indeed, and as much as opinions are divided, again super hard to obtain unless you're willing to fork out 5 x second hand. This is a bit of a shame I think since it's a dare I say it, fun release that I think we'd all want to see more of in the real world. Hope you enjoy my take on it.

5x over list for some basic OP with a weird dial is pure insanity.

Sorry, but this was designed by a guy who's idea of fun is having an extra biscuit with his coffee. He probably wears a bowtie on a Friday.

Not a fan at all. People will say “at least Rolex is being fun!”, great but I simply don’t care. What is it celebrating? Are those balloons? Confetti? Some sort of disease under microscope?

Those are the colors they sold on the limited edition dials. Also massively overpriced.

That’s how uncultured and out of touch I am haha

Welcome to the Rolex market from AD’s

It’s not fair I tell yea.

It a whole lot better than the emoji day date. I might rock it at retail.

I might be an outlier, but I like the colors. Tiffany blue base and all the colors in bubbles that Rolex has released in their dials individually. I wish they did a DJ instead of an OP.
