Watchcrunch Site Layout

Wondering if there are any ways to tweak the way this site appears in a browser?

I want to like Watchcrunch, but the layout is atrocious imo, with a narrow strip with the feed down the middle, and gigantic sidebars on left and right. Makes it so you have to scroll forever just to see a few posts. Much less user friendly than that other watch discussion board in layout imo.

I agree that there could be less scrolling required if the main content column took up more of the width of the page. There seems to be a lot of wasted screen space on the left/right sidebars.

Like anything else , some things take some getting used to.

Nothings perfect , but once you get the lay of the land it's not all that bad. I've been on forums for years and it took me awhile, but I'm more comfortable now with the set up.

Worth the effort. Good people here.

Yup this ^. This is a mobile-friendly/first/responsive design, until we see an app. I'm guessing the team have the data on devices accessing the site and can make a call as to whether they invest more in an app vs the website, moving forward.

Agreed that the site works well in a mobile browser. On desktop the use of space is quite poor. I'm guessing that they are using a backend that they don't have much control over, so I don't know if there's anything they can to to change it, it's just a shame that the PC experience is so poor.
