Should I be concerned about this or do people usually look for posts by subject/topics? Is it common practice here on WatchCrunch to repost or mention old posts like I did here?

Yep! I agree. My only concern is about getting more views/public and enhance the chance of replies. :-)
I think we have an international audience, so the time shouldn’t matter much. Besides, the volume of posts is low enough that one can scroll through a day’s worth of posts quickly.
