Timex.com problem

Just out of curiosity, I’m trying to get ahold of Timex to try and get a status update for my order and the phone number isn’t working. It keeps saying they’re closed when it’s business hours. Anyone else having this issue or know if they’re closed or something weird??

I emailed Timex.ca customer support when I had an issue, I suspect the American version(likely same location) will respond to an email within a couple of hours.

Takes a licking but keeps on...putting you on hold.

I've emailed them a couple of times and always gotten a timely response.

I can’t even get through to anyone. Either their phones aren’t working or they’re on vacation🤷🏼‍♂️
