Update on my retirement/second career watch

I got the Ranger. Absolutely LOVE it. Most pictures just don't do it justice.

Is that a stock strap? Thought you had it on the bracelet. I've toyed with a Strap Sailor option.

What’s the most different thing between in the metal and in photos?

I have it on the bracelet currently, but I also ordered the green strap Tudor makes for this model.

Ordered from where?? Your AD? Or is there somewhere you can order directly from Tudor? Thanks

For one it shines way more irl than in pictures. People complain that it's mostly brushed but the brushing is very fine and has a luster. Also the indices. The color isn't as bad as in photos.

From my AD. I got the green one and one of the ones made for the BB58 since they basically have the same case and lugs.

I actually prefer the black fabric strap with the Ranger.

I just bought one too!  It's a great watch. A total strap monster.

I seem to be running into more and more satisfied #tudorranger owners. I like the simplicity and utilitarian nature of the black dial and most of the owners I've read here seem to be very happy with the wearability. Dang it! Looks like I'm adding another watch to my wish list!

Congrats on a great watch! I keep thinking 39mm Pelagos or Ranger. I just keep thinking Ranger more. It's simple perfection

Congrats on this it looks awesome!!! Such a versatile watch with some cool history credit of its own.

As I mature into this hobby I really have seemed to switch from flashy watches and designs into more timeless and simplistic designs. Some of the watches I really wanted when I was 22 I’d no longer want now that I’m 32. But some watches are timeless and I’d want when I’m 62
