A Rolex "MilSub" Submariner Ref. 5517 (vintage) go for a price of about $200,000 (minimum), so I feel completely okay looking for a replica, homage or alike.
I have found 3 alternatives at the moment but, I would like to ask for opinions and suggestions here you here on WatchCrunch.
Steinhart makes one model though, although very nice it is 42mm and may be a bit too big (50mm lug to lug). ETA movement. Fair cost: โฌ450.00
Cheaper alternative is San Martin's version, which, however, uses a simple NH35. Excellent price, only โฌ262.95
But then as always with AliExpress it gets confusing because there is also another model with a more modern look but no crown grads
Another alternative is the Japanese brand WMT that with the option "customization" they allows you to create uan Rolex "MilSub" 5517 version, cost $335 but, no bracelet only Nato strap. NH35 here as well.
Do you know of any other alternatives?

The titanium San Martin version has either a PT5000 or SW200 if a 28,800 movement is important. I have one of these with the PT5000 and it's very nice and has been running great so far. During big sales, these can be had for around $269.

Search Ali Express for "San Martin 40mm GR5" and you should find it.
I own neither, but I hear San Martin makes a better homage. A guy on YT that owns Rolex and has one stated the San Martin is better than Steinhart's version. And you get to save a little cash.

Okay, I'm not that well versed on the details of most Rolex models. But good luck finding what you're looking for.
You can get the Steinhart also in 39mm from Gnomon watches https://www.gnomonwatches.com/products/ocean-vintage-military-39-gnomon-exclusive

Check my WRUW for milsub stuff , I have all but one of the brands you mention.
Personal pick for me would be the San Martin titanium SN-0111T or the watchdives WD1680 if you are looking to economise.
WMT, FTW! I have an opportunity to acquire this 1!
