How do you deal with rough metal edges?
I was wondering how do you take care of rough metal edges on your bracelets and watch cases? Are there any specific techniques or tools to smoothen the rough edges?

This is another arena where I like fingernail buffing blocks as they have enough bit to dull an edge without really marring the metal.

I do the same. I’ve taken a fair amount of rough edges from my BB58 clasp. It’s quite comfortable now.
Power Sander, but be careful.

Thank you very much for the help nd suggestion. I have found one from my wife and used it a bit and i think i saw some difference already. How much does someone need to buff in order to achieve smoothness?

That's very subjective. I'd err on the side of caution, as there is no going back if one goes too far.
The downside of the gentleness of these things is that they wear out quickly. A new one does wonders, for a minute or two.
