SOTC Part 1 - The over 40mm divers.

Hello all! I wanted to share my collection for no other reason than…it’s fun haha. Part one are my divers. All over 40mm which is not usually my style. But after years of collecting that’s just kinda how it turned out.

From left to right we have the:

2019 SKX011j. Newest addition. Always wanted this one. Had an 013 when they were still being sold and loved it but it moved on. Found a great deal for this on eBay from a guy in New Jersey. It’s currently on a CNS paratrooper. And that’s what it’ll stay on.

2021 Citizen ny0125-83e. Love the look, love the robustness. Chunky watch but not too bad. Currently on a helm rubber strap.

1999 Citizen Aqualand Duplex Titanium. Found at an antique store. Amazing watch. Second hand hits every mark. Digital changes exactly at 12. Overall a perfect watch. Currently on a helm rubber strap.

2010s Vostok Komandirskie. Great vintage vibe. Built like a tank. Keeps…ok time if wound all the way. Currently on an eBay marine National style strap. Will be replaced with a CNS paratrooper.

Next up will be my 37-39mm vintage Japanese sport watches.

From a practical standpoint, a bigger diver makes sense cause you want to be able to see it well under water. That SKX and strap combo is chef’s kiss.

It was a $7 strap that’s become my must have for any nato style. It’s borderline insane how good it is.
