New watch box, new SOTC photo

Rehomed my watches to a new box having outgrown the six-slot I had. Figured it’s a good opportunity for a SOTC pic.

Where do you think I’ll go from here?

A diver such as the Omega Seamaster would be a great addition to your current collection. So far it looks great!

Very nice collection 👏🏻 interesting chooses! 👌🏻

You can think of adding a colorful diver, as a summer watch maybe, like a Zodiak, Oris Aquis or a OSMP300

You can go the classic dressy direction with something like a Cartier Tank or a JLC Reverso. Longines dolce vita or Oris rectangular could be a nice more affordable choises

I'm liking the little Sekonda. 👍 BB 58 or similar would look nice in there.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm getting more and more drawn to a Seamaster. Either a vintage dressy one (Seamaster 600 or similar), the late '90s one from the Brosnan Bond era, or one of the recent SMPs.

Thanks. That's a sentimental piece as it belonged to my grandad. It's a cheap, mass produced Soviet watch from the 70s. The brand was popular and very available in the UK and this was given to my grandad for long service at his local Working Men's Club.

It's the only thing I took from his belongings when he died in the late 90s.

It’s a Geneve Dynamic from the early 70s. Picked it up last year. It gets a lot of wear really.

I have a couple from my dad also including an early quartz 👍

Something square maybe? I highly recommend Cartier tanks.

How does the Bremont wear? Been eyeing it up for a while.

That's quite a collection mate!

Honestly I think it depends on the strap. I love the watch but wish I’d bought it on the rubber. I don’t really like wearing it on the leather but it looks a treat with a nato - especially colour matched like the one in the photo.

Is add one diver and be done…

I guess I should try one on ☺️

It does look great on that nato!

Great collection, my favourite is the bright blue Omega Geneve - so cool for summer😎

If you enjoy the vintage route, maybe a vintage alarm watch as a quirky yet surprisingly usefull complication? I think Seiko Bell-Matic or Citizen Alarm for a affordable option, JLC Memovox a bit more costly 😊
