BODERRY shipping

I ordered a Seaturtle Bronze through Amazon on October 30 and it arrived on November 9; not bad, but not great either. If you've ordered from AliExpress before, I'd say the timeframe is somewhat similar, especially if you order direct.

I ordered my Boderry Voyager in October and it took over a month. I think they received more orders than they anticipated. I ordered a Boderry SeaTurtle on 11-11. I have been following tracking and it is in the country now and through customs so I expect it early next week.

I ordered directly on the website, so maybe I have to wait some more time than the aliexpress orders. Unfortunately we dont have Amazon in Hungary .(

I need to wait some time than. I hope it's worthwhile. 🤞

Btw how do you like you're Voyager?

I love the Voyager. It is very comfortable and such and easy dial to read. The long lugs look uncoventional but they make it comfortable on wrist, at least for me anyway.

My experience with these folks is pretty terrible. Their website states that orders to the US should arrive in 8 to 11 days. Placed an order on 14 November. For a few weeks I heard nothing. Then I got word that my order was on the way. On 17 December the parcel arrived. It contained exactly none of what I had ordered. They did provide a return shipping label. HOWEVER - even though the error was theirs they held my actual order hostage until they confirmed return of the mis-shipped parcel. I am at 2 months so far and have no idea when or if I will ever get what I paid for. Are their watches any good? Damned if I know.

Just got mine it's holds up really well under a loop, fit and feel is nice aswell it disappears on my wrist

sooo... I ordered My Boderry on Nov 03, It is February 07 and I don't have it

What happened was that on November 25th I contacted customer service and they told me it hadn't even been shipped out yet so I had to change mt adress because I was moving. Thus they sent it out, it arrived in my country on December 06 and it stayed in customs until January 17th when the status came up as "Clearance failed", I contacted customer service several times during those dates and they just told me "Hello. Please be patient. Our logistics company is still following up on this matter.". This went on until on Jan 25th they said "Hello. They said the package was destroyed because customs clearance failed. We are already arranging to reship your order and I will provide you with the tracking number next week.". On February 03 they sent me the tracking number, and today Feb 07 They have not sent out the package, the shipping status is still "Parcel information received"

What a nightmare....

My experience is pretty terrible as well, I paid for my watch 96 days ago and Ive still have not received it
