Had mine almost a year and not a mark on it. I wear it regularly, though not daily. Not even any marks on the clasp, where I typically scuff things first. 👍🏻
Part of the charm / character of a PVD watch it developing patina (sorta like a bronze watch). Here is a 1968 Enicar Sherpa OPS (some wear here and there, but that is part of what makes PVD watches cool).
